Ratings Refresh will be available in FIFA 20 during the Winter Refresh event from 14 to 23 February 2020. The new OVR refresh is featured the ratings refresh for the current FIFA 20 players who had a good performance during the current season and deserved an upgrade on their overall ratings.
FIFA 20 Rating Refresh is available for players from the major leagues including, Premier League, LaLiga, Bundesliga, Serie A TIM and Ligue 1. The complete list of FIFA 20 Ratings Refresh players is available here:
