i think u should put in the ukrainian league. They have teams like Shakhtar and Dynamo that are in the Champions league every year. Also they have great teams like Dnipro, Metalist, Metalurg Donetsk, and Tavria. Also Vorskla, Arsenal Kiev, Chornomorets, and Zoria are good teams that are improving
At the very least Shakhtar and Dynamo should be in rest of world

Perhaps you could include the chilean team that is in 2nd position in the qualifiers, next to brazil and argentina…..

i think that you should have champions league music before champions league games in manager mode and the champions league ball. i also think different colour of netting should be used as it makes it seem like your in a totally different country, for example. green or black netting for french league.
things you shud put on the ps3 which werent on 08 shud be
lay off option on free kicks
bring keeper up on corners to push for a late equaliser/winner
i think it makes the game more intense in the last few minutes when your goin all out for a win

umm i got a really nice one u should be able to replay the whole match and save it on your memory card u played…and also in online make tournaments a lot better and let more people enter unlike fifa 08 oh and also put up rules like clubs only per tournament or international only for tournament because it doesnt make sense the have a club play against country

on the manager mode of champions league games put the musica of uefa champions league and sponsors and the ball with stars on the middle of field
put a red screen on menus and dark for HD with cool effects.
put 2 suits for the goal-keeper.
put the 2º division of portugal, russian league,argentinian league and japanese league
and shaktar donetsk on the rest of world.
dont iclude indian teams god that drives the game to loose.

goal keeper should be more alert//not like super man…. a balance has to be struck
better ability should be given to the users to position the ball while scoring
efforts should be made so that the ppl will not go for a repetitive play style in LAN/Online mode
ex:many ppl use only the QW pass to attack,keep possession only,etc.
a story mode can be made up….i is boring to see the achievements for 3 years now!
interactability should be added in manager mode….a bit of RpG component that is!
add trophies add custom soundtracks for the ps3. make more skills easier. to skill computer opponents.
Please EA add better commentary it’s boring they keep saying the same thing. have different commentators. change the way they speak . and be able to see the commentators . add handballs as well

make it so you can make a stadium and when you create a player, instead of just having ea boot style one have nike mercurial vapor 4 or mercurial sl carbon or t 90lasor 2 so you chose what brand of boot you want instead of just ea boot style 2
not enough skill abilities have been shown or improved upon, im sure the team will make game good as possible but how bout ps3′ /xbox untapped functionality. Like in real life …maintaing possession of ball even midair jostling with motion sensor and trigger buttons as well asfirst touch buttons. thats what 2009 could go for 2010 and up aswell. And utilise dummy ball option again. (my 2 implementations)
Commentators make mistakes once in a while
Example===comentator says,” Blanco with the ball, oh my mistake Bofo has the ball “.
when someone scores they should be allowed to go upto the crowd,do the nani flip.

the premier league team handshake ( only in premier league matches ). and a coin toss
put russian league (zenit,cska,lokomotiv,spartak and more) and argentinian league and during the intervals put the executives of the clubs in the stands and injury players too
and after games put the 2 captains of two teams talking to tv and coaches too and the man of the game

Include more South American teams, at least 3 of each country, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia … or at least those who have won international titles …
and Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana!
Please take out some european leagues like the irish, Austrian, Czech, and Scottish leagues and replace them with more interesting ones like the argentinian, an african league like egypt’s or south africa’s, ukrainian/russian league or a central american one. Also, it’d be great if there were more rest of world teams that were not from Europe, this way the game could have a preset tournament like FIFA Club World Cup. The more diverse leagues there are the better the game turns out to be.

i reccon that they should have where you can react to the referee desicion if he gives the opersition a free kick or a penalty , or they give you a yellow or red card
and there should be mini-games like on the wii
They should put a goal celebration option in like in euro 2008
and should make funny name mistakes
and when you have free kicks there should be a circle like in fifa04 when you could put the circle in the place you wanna put it an then pick the curl and power cause its too much to get it all right
and the season should be morer realistic
yeah almost put a south american legue or the copa libertadores i am from uruguay and i think that all the south american people like to play with their local teams …. dont put only boca,river and the brazilian league please do this
You guys need to add more south american teams and more of the south american tournaments like Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana and also you need to add the Chilean national team its been 10 years since you guys have had them on the game I think you need to add them cuz Chile is the s*** and Im from chile so I would like to see them on there
Better Comentery.
More Realistic Comertery when the team are near the opposition goal and have a great chance to score,
Comertery Get Excited when a player playes good and does great skills to get pass players.
show the trophies that have been won being lifted. swaps, build/edit stadium. all premier league stadiums. by the way the linesmen and ref are both on the pitch. offsides not always spot on !!! different styles of play for different teams 20 at least
They should add teams like Zenit St. Petersburg and Dinamo Bucharest/ other successful eastern European clubs. Maybe make the 2nd divisions of countries like the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal and Sweden available for free with a download from the Xboxlive or Playstation Network. (Make it possible for the fans to help create their team and competition in the game -> Work together with Electronic Arts).
Also I’d like to see more of the classic teams in the Fifa 09 (for example: The English national squad that won the 1966 worldcup or other legends of football).
Real nice would be an option to add more than two teams to the game.
Please EXTEND the manager mode more than 5 years.
Please make dribble/ trick moves easier to use like you did in ROAD TO THE WORLD CUP FIFA ’98.
Please add a few more top tier professional teams that have earned respect such as…ZENIT ST. PETERSBURG.
Please can you include the city of manchester stadium as it is one of the largest in england with a cap. of around 44,000

when the ball is in the box and high in the air, the keeper comes to collect it and none of the opponents jump to challenge the keeper for the ball. and please make real managers, and create a manager and default managers with default names.
