Just like the classic kits thing, I think it would be a good idea if legendary teams eg. (Man Utd 99, Italy 06, Brazil 02 etc.) were included. To make the game more rewarding, have players unlock these teams.

It would be nice to see players stats in Manager Mode for their entire duration at the club. Used to be a feature a few editions ago. So for example in squad report have their season stats and then career – Appearances, goals etc.
More boots in Manager Mode.
Have a reserve team, so expand on the youth squad system but where the players can gain xp (all sim) and say you can drop players from the first team to reserves.
