The FUT’s 13th Birthday is available in FUT 22 from Friday, 4th of March 2022 (6pm UK) in FUT with FUT Birthday Squads, special Squad Building Challenges, Objectives and pack offers.

Tokens & Swaps
Log in to FUT between March 4th and March 18th, to earn your first FUT Birthday Swaps token. You can receive up to 24 FUT Birthday Swaps tokens in the game. Tokens for the FUT Birthday Swaps will largely be found in various SBCs and Objectives, with one being available in a pack in the FUT Store throughout the FUT Birthday campaign.
You can redeem the tokens you’ve earned for the following rewards from March 11th until March 24th:
