Headers and Volleys is a friendly game mode in FIFA 22 / FUT 22 in which only goals scored by heading the ball or volleying are counted. In this version, free kicks and penalties will also be counted.
How to Play Headers & Volleys in FIFA 22?
Headers & Volleys friendly mode is available in FUT 22 > PLAY > FRIENDLIES screen.
In FIFA Kick-off mode, it is available under House Rules game mode.
