make it so you can buy players from bigger leagues on manager mode for example spl teams can buy players from the premier league
not to be sacked if you’re relegated at the end of the season…depeding on trophies won etc.
in fifa 11 for xbox you start up as kaka kicking goals at the menu well keep that but make it where your can choose from a few certain players like 5 of them.ADD A SNOWING DAY AND NIGHT TO THE WEATHER. create your own stadium
add a create your own team feature and be able to make your own badge name and kits and if you can stadiums. add a world cup tourney. and MOSTLY when your in career mode make in where you start as like a teen growing to the big leagues. 🙂
Players should start growing when they are as young as 15. Player growth should decline very slowely at 30 and start down falling at 32

these are in no specific order. More player custumozation such as traits and tendencies and new attributes should be added first.

please change it back to the fifa 10 style manager mode, it was much more realistic and enjoyable! if the idea was to “simplify” manager mode for inexperienced players, then maybe create a “standard” manager mode for people new to the concept and an “advanced” manager mode for everyone else.
Maybe a career mode where you start off as coach or assistant manager or scout and have to build you way up. Little sub games like scouting missions. Also more life like scenrios like players missing training, training reports to see who is putting effort in and who is just turning up. Makes it more life like. Definatly a MOTD highlight type feature where you can watch highlights, read reports of all game features. Also maybe a scenrio where you can contact the FA – complain about referees, international call ups, get remanded for to much shouting in game play. Id also like to see staff meetings where you get an email or report from all staff members to comment on – players in form, fans faviourate who theyd like to see, team doctor saying fabergas likely to get injured due to strain, scout maybe better couuntries to look at.

I definately think the Fifa mode is lacking World Cup. It would be great if World Cup could be unlocked with great qualifying features, which the qualifying can be played only on World Class and the world cup on Legendary.
Additional commentators should be used, as i get tired of listening to the same prologue and epilogues and the same detail about the clubs on and on if i chose one team for a length of time. A small study of small clubs and countries outside of England and major European leagues should be made. Small clubs and players should be acknowledged.
Detiled commentry should be made in regards of league and championship matches as the commentry should be able to tell what was thier outcome in thier previous meetings, who got the red card in previous match, the current league sceranio in a more detailed fashion.
Not only the manager but the Player Coach and Fitness coach have important and individual roles. Players who use strategic tactics, training sessions should have advantange over ingorant players when it comes to multi-player gaming.
There are some teams which are known as giant killers or play very well against the Big 4 of any leage. Fifa should do something about those teams while playing against similar clubs or derby matches.
It took a little while to adapt against Barcelona while playing on legendary mode in FIFA 2011 , its a bit hard even after understanding thier game but all the other teams including Manchester United . Real Madrid , Inter Milan ,Manchester City was very predictable and comparatively very easy than against Barcelona. The game play should still bring some realistic forms making it not easily predictable and the computer’s tactics should change frequently.Formation and style changes should not make them easily predictable.
I think the game should still more acknowledge specialities between European , English and Art Football.
The teams besides of major european and english leagues had very less stars.Especially the Brazilian and Argentinian clubs! Let us find interest upon the Brazilian art football.
I think better suggestions about audience banners, atmospheres have already been made.

I love Fifa and have been a fan since Fifa 06 but to make the whole game even better.
Bring back Youth development and Scouting.
Choose team in dressing room (see their expression when telling them).
Create the manager.
Show manager’s expressions during game (angry, sad, nervous etc).
1 to 1 meeting with staff telling the manager what they think of a player or tactic
1 to 1 meeting with players
Interviews with the media.
To make the game even better please add these to the great game we all want
FM 11 was excellent, but player ratings and player value wasn’t on the same level.. Forward has finishing 63 and shot power 67 and worth 20m, my player have all ratings better, but value only 3-4m.. I hope FM 12 will be more realistic..
Make the 3D mode more dynamic and realistic, also improve transfer mechanics in the game.

There is a lack of tactical options in the game.
I think the players should have there own way of playing. I cant really tell the difference between most of the players movements and styles.

Make it so at the end of the season you can change you kit and make a new one
take out this ‘has just joined a club and wont move again’ nonsense
Have it so players are gone on international duty and will miss some matches for you

– When i sell players they go for just a couple of HUNDRED THOUSAND more than they’re worth…even if i wait for bigger offers….yet when i buy players i have to go MILLIONs over they’re worth to get them.

Sponshorship deals would be great aswell. Look through the old FIFAs and see what can be added from them before starting with new things OK. Big fan of the game though.
OH and somebody else mentioned player + cash transfer deals. That would be pretty cool and very realistic.

PLEASE! Bring back the youth academy for manager mode. One of the best things on the old FIFAs was being able to bring through a 16 year old and make him a world star. It was a real feeling of accomplishment and probably the thing that i miss the most.
The same with scouting but it would be nice if it was young players with low overalls mostly found with the odd gem. I think it was FIFA 08 when you could send out a scout and within a month have 5 16 year olds with overalls of above 80. Maybe sending out a local scout to check out neighbor hood teams for local young talent or even a young team that you can check out with the youth team manager sending you messages. ‘—- is performing very well for the under 18s, you may wish to consider signing him on a permanent deal or giving him a trial to play for the senior team.
Finally trialling players before you sign them may be good. In FIFA 11 you could get players on a short loan before buying them but after the loan expires you have to wait 2 years to sign them which is ridiculous.
Maybe you could choose who you play your friendlies against. Ask other teams if they want a game and have some send pre-season friendly proposals to you which you can either accept or reject.
Im a massive fan of FIFA 08 and would happily accept that version but with updated squads for FIFA 12. That one was the best in my opinion.
Really hope you take a look at these as it would be awesome to play FIFA with these changes implemented.
The graphics are really poor. The movement of the players, ball and everything else in 3D mode just look silly.
Please make it right. When FIFA Manager 12 is released, the match graphics (the looks, player movement – everything) should match at least FIFA 11. I would pay double for the game. FIFA and FIFA manager – please work together. Share with eachother. Please!! It would make a huge difference!!

for club in cup mode send the top 32 teams in league play to a group stage and world cup type format!!!

You really need to update players boots in new updates. It makes the game so much more refreshing and fun when the players have the updated boots. e.g. when the new colour of nike vapours come out and all the professionals wear them, change all the players on the next update
A training mode would be a huge boost to the overall game. To actually have to put players through training drills, to improve fitness passing and shooting respective to their positions.Conclusively players dont get better simply cause they play alot of minutes on the pitch, they have to train as well as play in games in order o improve
you should be able to mamage a intenational team in manager or at least be called up as a player for the national squad, there could be a way of the gamer aranging freindlies of ther ewasnt enough matches
I would like to see Manager Mode return to that of FIFA 10.
1. Where the players improved based on their age, technical abilities and the coaching staff at their current club.
2. A scouting search where you can choose the exact position you want.
3. The ability to choose sponsors each season or two, and the chance to be the actual Chairman as well as the Manager, for these things add a lot to the fun and continued excitement of the game.
4. Continue the feature where i can see the results and tables of other leagues.
5. Please show photos of scouted players. i think this would fancy-up the game a bit, and make us feel a bit more connected to our scouted players.
6. The financial structure and methods used to buy and sell players in FIFA 11 was great, and should be continued.
7. Please!!!! Make more formations, especially for the lower division teams. Cause all the teams down there only play 1 or 2 different formations. And fix the glitches after a formation is modified. Please!!!!
8. Have teams use more of the stadiums. Please!!!! Am tired of playing in Ivy Stadium every other match.
These may seem a lot but they really aren’t, for i have seen all these in previous FIFA editions before. Make FIFA 12 be what it should be, especially the Manager Mode, cause for most gamers, this is the most played section which take up a lot of time and i would really like to enjoy myself and the game while doing it.

Please introduce the Arabic language in training and in the media, radio and newspapers and talk to players and coach guidance for the players are very realistic and there is the Arabic language as much as possible try to enter in the FIFA Manager Arabic language
We want the graphics to be very high and the coaches show and see the training clubs and teams we see during the players who are trained and the training is very realistic, matches and a very realistic and time of the game is close to the reality and the camera match the camera like games television realism and be in the camera also makes me like the coach on the pitch like reality and see the stadium from the bench or from outside the demarcation line and make it realistic in the style of movement tricks on the pitch, such as watching games Orhan feet into the incident and tricks Affected by the masses, the game and the stadium and Affected Bllyakh physical concentration and no conversation between the sales and coach and President of the club and administrators conversation exercises and Alajtmat In the stadium will be in a conversation between the technical and sales and also in the FIFA Manager 12 in the Arabic language newspapers and training, and in all things as far as possible, there is Arabic Language

1. you should be able to use your manager mode in exhibition mode, this was great in pro evolution soccer and one of the biggest reasons why i played it over fifa.

1. options when made a foul, like interfer with referees decision like approach him and talk to him. this happens in real life
1.diving maybe, not a big fan, but it may be fun, toggleable diving.
1. handballs when slide tackling. handballs on 11 are poor. you can just kick it at peoples hands.
1. it sounds abit farfetched but personal lifes, i enjoy a game called jumpers for goalpost, its a good template for fifa to base a personal life on.
1.fifa 99, there is a button you can press, and it just leathers someone up in the air, when frustrated this helped me get my game back, red card offence but fun. toggleable maybe ?
all these are good ideas, i have been thinking about them for years, glad i could get my feelings about new game out.
