More animations, players should be able to do more flashy stuff, when they dribble and pass the ball, like heel kick it for example. Smarter players that’s just not always holding their position and stairing at the ball. I want players that are a bit creative and not just hold his position.
More strategy options, like attack scenarios from different places in the feild. Example, from mittfield you could creat set peices and then make a rout for the players, how they should pass the ball or not, depending on the players creativity level.
Remake the stadium builder!
I love building massive, goodlooking stadiums that can fit 150k people, but I want more, and more options. I want to customise the stadium more, different vip areas.
More training options, like 5v5 training and you pick witch each side. And if 2 train and play alot together and have success, they get better chemestry and play better together.

Hi there! I have been playing FIFA Manager since its first release and I must admit, it has come a long way. I’m quietly pleased with most aspects of improved gameplay and me being part of the IT industry myself, know all the great challenges we face in a very limited period to dish out these releases. So, kudos to all the team from my behalf! Now, to the bad news (its a harsh world out there 😉 )
As much as the features have come up by leaps and bounds (like transfers, online multiplayer etc.), some of the aspects have suffered a lot of neglect and none more so than the 3D match engine. In fact, it seems to have taken a few steps back. I must say, I remember the unpredictability of the 07,08…09 versions with some great gameplay. So I suggest, please concentrate on what the players can/will do on the pitch more than how great the graphics look. Everything about the Manager 11 3D engine is shoddy. I wouldn’t mind one bit if the 3D from the past (09, 08) versions were used in the 12 version, (purely from a game-play perspective) unless you sort it out!
Now, on to ‘realism’, I usually start playing in the Hard/Expert modes and yet in the 11 vesrion, win against the likes of Bayern Munich with Wolfsburg with scorelines 7-1, 5-0 (every time) etc. and its getting boring very easily (have yet to lose a match in expert mode) I know certain systems/strategies work well in the Manager game…but, this is rather ridiculous, I’m sorry to say.
Please sort these two aspects of the game before the 12 release or I’ll be rather disappointed.
Finally, a further desire is to have the ability to control the manager from the dugouts. Similar to controlling players, so he can walk around, ask subs to warm up, shout out instructions (with short-cut keys) and show his frustrations (hence, maybe get red carded for mis-behaving and stuff!) Sounds fun, dosen’t it?

Completely agree with REFINE THE SYSTEM’S ideas, especially the leadership stat, coz it will improve the unpredicatble side of the game making it more like real life.
Also sam the man has got some nice improvements that should be taken into consideration, especially to have a more realistic player growth.
My ideas would be too include an area where you can train with your players and to make the hype more special for rival and big games, with at times end-end action.
Please put in more stadiums and not the generic ones.
Allow any player to open talks with any club when you approach them, they can then make whatever demands they wish.
Please put more variety of passes and shots, which are more outrageous with higher skilled players.
Allow players to elbow or punch opponents if they get fouled but no free kick.
Allow goalkeepers to come out of areas
Please please make the weather more realistic, allow the pitch to change with the weather conditions and ball reacts according to the conditions. Show the weather as snow when its snowing, allow the pitch to become waterlogged.
Completely agree with REFINE THE SYSTEM’S comments on June 4th, especially on points 1,2,6 and 8.
Points 1 and 2 have got to be sorted out and 3 of course.
More personality traits will be amazing, and more use of them will add so much more enjoyment to the game :), with the addition of Crisp-passing which I hope you will do.
Also leadership stats is such a great idea, it will add so much realism alltogether, especially in Manager mode :).
Also add a youth system please, such a shame that this hasn’t been done properly and more celebrations for more enjoyment :).

More customisation!! E.g. Rather than having to use the website the creation centre is available on the game itself. Within the creation centre you should be able to create your own players, teams, kit (perhaps invent your own sponsor to add onto the shirt), Badge/Crest (far too limited at the moment, could use the same creation engine as the create your own sponsor), Stadium, maybe boots.
Improve the manager mode!! Too limited as to what you can achieve (new tournaments eg world club) and realism – more than 2 injuries per year (so you might have the small chance of facing an injury crisis), reserves and youth teams, stadium improvement which you can actually see as you play the games (clubs who already have their stadiums in the games are limit however), as you progress through seasons the teams kit changes (this could be implemented with the added customisation, it could be an optional choice), wages don’t spiral out of control and you have a chance to lower the wages with the squad.
The things above need focus rather than the game physics as they already work really well. After seeing the new trailer those are the sort of minor tweaks needed so other new things can be implemented. Lets face it there was little development from Fifa 10 to 11 (well at least it felt and looked very similar)
have the option to view the game from the sideline where you can walk back and forth from the dug out.
At half time do team talks in the changing rooms.
Have the choice to choose sponsors and edit kits. Also have a manager reputation rank for example Fabio Is No.11 in the world and the higher you go more clubs become interested. Once you have broke into the top 15 managers then you get a chance of being an international manager and become able to drive yourself to games to watch certain players.
Have press talks after games like pros and depending on what you say has an effect on your fan support.
Just bring more real life experiences into it choose to shake a managers hand after the game or not and by not doing so may cause rivalrys ?
I would like to see i mode to the game where you are the owner of the club.
You can sign managers and also set budgets. You can still interfere as much or as little as possible.
You could have a way of earning personal wealth so you can pump your own money into the club if you doing well or take money out if you pot less.
Might be a different slant to the manager game (Fifa Chairman 12)
The Manager/Career mode system must be refined in many aspects:
1. PLAYER GROWTH – 17-20 year olds didn’t grow in Fifa 11, this must be sorted out right away, also it’s too hard to grow on certain players i.e. Wilshere, Lukaku consecutively in team of the year in my premiership season, played most of the season, but yet they don’t grow???
2. TRANSFER SYSTEM – Why does every team sign 1 first team player in 2 years??? Man City have exactly the same team in my 4th year, as they did in my 1st year. Please sort this out!!! They must buy more players, other teams must buy and replace more players!!! Also sort retirement out, because Kanu, Scholes are all in my fourth year???
3. GLITCHES & BUGS – All games must be free of glitches, regardless of how good it is, and that was the massive problem with fifa 11. Glitches & Bugs is the number 1 target!!!
4. STADIUMS & KITS – More stadiums in the game, so we can feel more aquianted with the teams, and after so many seasons, allow us to change the style of our home or away kit for the upcoming season.
5. CHAMPIONS LEAGUE & UEFA CUP – Please include these, so that we can feel the hype of winning these prestigous cups; not fakes that are in Fifa 11 i.e. ECC
6. LEADERSHIP STATS ON TEAMS – This is absolutely massive which all football games miss and football game fanatics miss!!! This is what seperates Arsenal from Manchester United, towards the end of the season etc. This is something that will add a lot more realism.
7. ENHANCED COMMENTRY – Please just include more Commentry lines and more choice of commentators.
8. MORE PERSONALITY AND SKILL TRAITS – This was a great addition to Fifa 11, but their needs to be more i.e. hooked sliding tackle, goalkeeping traits etc. Also make use of them more i.e. Fancy passes trait (this is just one example) will find team-mates through complicated situations through Chip pass, Ronaldo chop, Backwards & Forwards Ball roll etc.
Finally, I was going to include self and real (not random) injuries, but you have already announced that, with the addition of real-life stories, so I am thankful you’ve done that; however there is a number of many other points to sort out (1-8 mentioned above). So please do so, for a much more realistic expereince.
SCOUTS! VERY IMPORTANT,, JUS LIKE FIFA 10, plus YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO LURE A PLAYER AWAY FROM THERE CLUBS IF THEY HAVE JUST RECENTLY SIGNED THEM! JUS LOOK AT MAN UNITED WITH CHRIS SMALLING AND BEBE?

and you could asing them trainings and friendli maches except that the player tire fast you could get money from esponsered but other team didn’t made contracts with you and you can inply when you finish your carrer with the money you have buy a team that is broking up or desided to manage so it doesen’t finish playing they would be managin there
In live mode:
1. Especially very technical players like C.Ronaldo, Messi, Ronaldinho, Robinho must go more easily throught one on one situations.
2. Free kicks: When taking a free kick the player stands on his wrong foot. If he is right footed he stands on the right of the ball which likes if he want to take a shot with his left foot but fires strangely with inner of his right foot and the ball goes with a strange curve.
3. 9 of the 10 crosses/corner kicks falls in the gloves of the keeper. This has to be changed.
4. Chearing after a goal (especial in very important matches like the final of the champions league or against the arch rival) must be special. Also at the end of those matches, the players of the winning team must go on with chearing.
5. After winning a cup: the ceremony must like real life. Example: winning the champions league; all players get the medallion and the captain at the end gets the cup to rise. Also the manager must chear with the cup.
– All reputated players must also be available for transfer to less reputated clubs. These players must be convinced at the transfer talks with much money.
Ability to either create a new manager or choose an existing manager who already has a high reputation (choosing wenger if you want to manage arsenal).
Edit kits after each season (colours, styles).
Choose new sponsors after each season.
Loan extensions.
Play in champions league/europa league in first season. (Depending on where everyone finished in the table last season in real-life).
Edit players appearance throughout the career (Hairstyles and boots…NOT ability)
Better player growth (I played wilshere all season and played well with him, and his ability didnt grow at all).
Player swaps in transfers.
On-pitch manager and subs.
Easier to lure players away from clubs by offering them lots of money (Even if its like Xavi from Barcelona).
1. scouts who have nothing to do should go out and find young players from other clubs or of the streets to play for your club.
2. you should be able to ask youth/young players if they would like to be loaned out to gain first team expirence
3. youth academy’s should be able to stat any where in the world. e.g Ghana siery-leyon Jamaica ect
Need to fix if a ball is going out of bounds your player automatically runs to it even if its going out and it is a chance that you could kick it out. Also you need to be able to run to the ball if a ball is kicked slow the computer wont allow you to run to the ball and it is very likely it will be stolen by the opponent, thirdly it should have a cancel your shot button, something you press that allows you to stop your pass, an example of when this would be needed would be if you get a accidental steal and u press pass before you steal it, it will still pass after your get the ball and normally pass the ball to the opponent, if there was a button like the back or select button that could stop and pass or shot from happening, and finally each player should have a distinct button because when you are on defense the computer chooses what it thinks is the best player to make the play that’s not always the case and i think that you should be able to select the exact player that you want giving you complete control of the game. with these changes and others people have mentions FIFA 12 can be the best game to ever come out for a soccer game.

these are in no specific order. More player custumozation such as traits and tendencies and new attributes should be added first.
I think it would be cool if you could create a club from scratch. Choose where it is, the colors, the players, everything all on a budget and you try to get to the big leagues. That would be awesome
-The manger could put the players on the training and have all types of equipment like cones and things then when you train you can free roam like you know can have mini games like jump the cones by clicking X,O,O, and like the more you train the better your status for your players get and you would get money from training because the fans would be able to watch you in training but if you train to much your players would get fatigued.
-when you watch a match in manager mode you would see it in the managers eyes like you would be on the sideline and you can yell at players and tell your assistant coach to do things.
-You could call press confrences and tell the press about things and if you say good things about your players and your fan support would raise and then you would get money from my first idea.

Be able to have a longer career 15 seasons isnt enough. when you try sign a player the club asks for a higher price, you should be able to put a asking price on your players and reply to clubs saying if you want more. Be able to sign players on loan even if there not listed as loan. Be able to be offered other jobs during the season and be able to begin a season without a job. During the season your club should be able to get new owners resulting in higher/lower transfer and wage budgets. Be able to have a deadline day with the clock ticking down and players getting cheaper as time goes on etc. Be able to have press conferences and interviews. Champions League and Europa League rights

Every time we have to go to the Arena to pick a new team. I think you guys should design it such that you can select new teams during play and there no need to quit the game and go to the arena to select a new team.
