The effect of player talks on their trust in the trainer is very tiresome, clicking buttons every week is a little boring. Would be nice if it won’t be in fm 12

Edit custon formations during the Manager Mode.
In FIFA 11 Manager Mode, it is impossible for you to increase your players attributes and it would be wise to make it easier in FIFA 11 and add more realistic features such as adding your own personal coaches.
I suggest more real coaching effects
for example put range of cover for each player in case of defence and in case of offince
it can be a circle round each player and by changing the player place the round area changes as well and so on
I’ve played all the Fifa manager since 07, and i’d say that Fifa manager 2008 is by far the best one.
You have to improve the 3D gameplay in the newer versions. When you play career mode base it like the 2008 version, have a shot power bar….
Fix all the bugs before releasing the game too, i remember in 09 when i played a game and won 3-2, only to see that the game told me afterward that I lost 4-0.
for pc, use the fifa 12 match engine for 3d mode all you need is both games and 3d mode will be much better
-make manager for every team and he has a style in playing and in buy players
-this manager can transfer from club to anther and change the new team style
-make a list of best manager in a season and make a price for every one
-if u good manager u should have offers from big clubs
-teams change their managers if he had bad results
-your team can ask for changing you if u bad one
Hello, my proposal is to be added to A group. Championship in Bulgaria.
First of all the player growth system on fifa 11 is a joke! You can play a young player every game for 90 mins and he never grows even though your assistant tells you he will get better if you readf alot of forums about fifa 11 this gets talket about alot! also and i hate this if you play at home you attack left to right and away games right to left how about mixing it up a bit more as it can get awfully repetive how about the coin toss! also transfers in manager mode is a joke i put a player up for sale and no 1 will buy him and when they do put a bid in for him and you accept they cant pay you cos they have finacial problems i ask you WHAT IS THE POINT! You need to work on manager mode alot as i think you have been morer bothered about online play than manager mode which you have left to go stale please fix these points i have made especially the player growth system thanks ian
Have played FIFA Manager for many many years, but have to stop since my last 09 game. No longer able to sit down with my desktop to play the game, since I’m now a busy father at home! My greatest wish, as a long-term fun, to have it available in iPad or some Android tablet! That will serve a sufficient justification for me to own one of those stuff.

After years playing PES in 2010 I changed to FIFA 10 and completely forgot that PES exists. For FIFA 12 I would love to see:
1) The possibility to use older kits from each team – Since the FIFA series always bring the official Home, Away and Third kits it would be great if they keep the older ones from the previous years every time a new version is released. As a football shirt lover and collector it would be amazing.
2) Create a club fully customizable – Just like the option to create a player it would be nice to have the option to create a club inside the game (not online as already exists). When creating the club you should be able to choose kit layout and colors and add images for badges or sponsors and locate/resize them as you wish. After creating a custom team you could use it on friendlies or add it to the existent leagues/cups.
3) Better and more realistc gameplay graphics.
4) More real player faces.
5) See the bench activity on real time – You should be able to see some action on the bench and sideline with the manager sitting and standing, giving orders, shouting to the pitch and reacting to what’s happening in the game, etc… and the players moving and doing some exercise.

Fifa 12 should have the following…
-Online Manger Mode Parties to play with/against friends with your manager mode team against theirs.
-Add scouts to bring in talent and add the youth academy to bring young talent through the years.
-Better transfer offers. (Ex. offer a player + money for the player you want to buy)
-Ability to pick a loan, or to buy the player.
-Have sponsors that give you money for their objectives but sponsors are also shown on the kit.
-J-League should be added with the addition of more Japanese Players coming through.
-FIFA Club World Cup should be a tournament held in Japan (the reason why J-League is added) so you can compete to be the best in the world
-International Duties for players should be back in the game for more realistic and challenging season.
-As a manager, after getting fired or after your contract is done. You can become a National Team Coach or leave for another Club Team.
-Teams would have a bidding war over a player they are interest in.

have a youth team and scouting young or old players and transfers all the time in windows from any team.
give the teams in the premier league the best young talent so it is good to buy good players from each team.
make the manager mode longer than 15 seasons it should about 50 seasons so you can go on for longer.
give the bigger teams like man utd, chelsea, man city, liverpool, tottenham, arsenal, bolton, everton, aston villa, newcastle, fulham better young talent and good staff and scouting and fiances.
This has been broke for a couple versions now. How is it possible that a majority of the time, players from your team who make the Team of the Day roster (and even Player of the Day sometimes) are players who were subs off the bench late in the game—and who made no significant contribution? In real life this is not possible, but believe me when I say it happens a majority of the time. Whatever “form rating” forumula you use to determine the best players by form for the match and them make “Players of the Day”, it needs improved because its far from realistic. Thanks.

bring in international duty so you would loose your good players and have to use your young players like the african nations cup and let the manager coach a national team to shake it up abit instead off managing a league team all the time
Because manger mode on fifa11 was not set up right when you wanted to buy player it made it hard to lokk for them and the transfer window should be open alot longer

1) In the next game in the FM series I would like to see a focus on player development. In the current version (FM 11), as you progress through multiple seasons, the youth players that are generated seem to be getting weaker and weaker each time and it seems like there will be no new “Ronaldo” or “Messi”. Please make it that all players, especially young ones, can improve a lot.
2) Also, I would like to see some stability in transfers since many of the transfers are very realistic but there are also many that make no sense. For example, in the current game, there are about 30 players who transferred to the Italian Serie A, which isn’t realisitc. Also, many players transfer to teams on 3 – 5 year contracts but only play for 1 season or half a season and then get transferred again. This happens way too often and wastes a lot of talent. This happened to players like Connor Wickham, Phil Jones, Vaclav Kadlec, and David De Gea in my game.
3) Additionally, the minimum release fee feature is very annoying as every season about 5-8 of my players leave because some other club wants to pay the release fee and I can’t do anything about it. I can’t even persuade the players to stay at all or prevent more than 3 players from leaving the club. Also, nearly all the players that leave my club end up in worse conditions and keep on worsening and are hardly used at their new clubs.
4) Also, make the transfer window from at least June – Aug in the summer unlike the current Jul – Aug system.
5) Make it so that you can exchange multiple players for one ( 2 for 1, 3 for 1, etc) and you can also offer additional money at the same time.

1. The interface is cluttered- If you have played Football Manager, you know and feel the huge difference. Fifa Manager is nicer looking but it’s less functional. Clean it up guys.
2. Some parts of the game don’t work as they should…

Simulating destroys the game- Some people like myself like to set my team up during the off season make some tweaks to tactics…ect then simulated half a season, tweak some more and then simulate the rest of the reason. With Fifa Manager you can’t do that. Either half of your team will be gone by the time you get back or anything you needed done that you assigned to your staff will be half done or not done at all. Leaving you frustrated and wondering why you just spent $35 on a subpar game. Football Manager right now is the better product and I hope EA gets it right next year.

We should get style, colour, brand etc. More sponsors show up as club prestige grows. Give us a crapload of footballish images, lettering styles etc, for our badges. At least 5 layers or so. Yes, random pictures as youth grow. Only if accepted into a 1st team or reserve team, will one be used. I imagine you could get 10,000 people show up easy in 1 day with advertising. Doubt you’d even have to pay people for a nameless face shot…it would be a privilege. Let us manage like Sir Alex….forever, ha ha. Seriously, why not 40 years if we start young?
I would like that if some club goes on the stock market so you would actually be able to buy those stocks and may be even club it self… I would like to have few clubs, find the managers for them and give them tasks and buget for a year… As well as keep managing my one of the clubs all be employed in some other club… For example if I start game by creating my own club, why I have to sell it if I get proposal from some top club to become a manager. Just that would be mo realistic… As well as if you are manager-player, and you are top player, so why club can not sell you as player and manager for another club if you`ll agree with contract terms or to be sold. As well as you should be payed for your player skills to, cos salary is fun then you yourself as a player are worth 28millions and get payed just 10 000/week…

there were some problems in fifa manager 11 :
1- you couldent choose goalkeeper post as a player manager
2- player exchange as not possibleformore than 1 player( 1 player for 2 or 3 )
3- stadium managers didnt do any thing about addboards
4- even when you owned a club there were messages like board willnot let you to pay thisprice and….
5- when you bought a club youcouldent sell it for a period of time
6- even when i unxhecked the all time table , it appeared and after 10 seasens it would becoma weekly change for each table
7- when iwas the national manager of a country and then i transfered to a foreign club , then i couldent see my national team matchs and even the players that i have choosen for teamand lineup would change
8- merchandis was a mess and the asistant didnt care about it
9- when i used the fast simmulation for a period of time my assistant manager picked FW players for DF and no one was at his post
10- making the long term contract was not possible( more than 5 years)
i think if these problemesleave this game it would be a great sucsess
3D needs improving. It’s sad to see the same quality that we had in FIFA Manager 2007 or 08.
Players movements should become more realistic like in FIFA games.
Biggest disappointment in FIFA Manager 2011 is that games goes on too long – 20 mins, and players move very slowly. Besides players act very simple way. Back passing or passing to each other with no reason.
Imagine FIFA Manager with 3D of FIFA and it d have been ideal resolution.
As a fan of the game, I hope this year you gonna revolutionize 3D otherwise it’s waste of money .

Fifa 11 is an excellent game just as all fifa games. Although It is completley unexplicable the fact that none of them includes one of the best leagues in the world.. (the argentina league), it would be even better if it includes more south american leagues including tournaments like COPA LIBERTADORES and COPA SUDAMERICANA. according to my investigations south america is one of the parts with most buyers of this game so it would be nice to play with all the clubs of this continent including countries like colombia, uruguay, paraguay, ecuador, bolivia, venezuela and chile.

first of all transfers market it’s so hard to sell an unwanted player, 3D mode almost are my goals are from crossing plays , in 3D i win almost every game but in videotext or instant results i lose against teams weaker than me, i don’t want to lose or win every single game i need for competitive matches , financial statues , staffs and salaries budget are so hard to deal with plus in teams like liverpool my construction cost are always decreasing eventhough i haven’t build any new facilities
more players with face 3D….it suck to see all the players all the same faces in 3d mode…
i liked fifa manager 2008 where almost every country had a player with 3D face including Columbia (Mario Yepes)
free kick had to improve, or goalkeepers skill tone down a little…
add j-league also….not just Korean league..
or develop patch for Asia competition from Indonesia to India league…
bring back the scouting like in fifa10 and make it where the players overall increase a little faster especially a young player who has a low rating but does well for a season and is only raised by one point.
i find the most annoying thing with fifa manager games is that if i decide i want to play the matches i 1. have to pay for this privilege and 2. the match engine sucks big time they need to make it respond like fifa, the fifa manager 12 game needs a huge revamp in this area and be part of the game and not have to pay for it after you shell out about £30 for the game
player numbers on shirts needs to be original!!! not that small awful like in 2011…
More unique type of players.
For example all my players that are good LM/RM/CM, no matter what the same players are always better if i play them AM, and because of that after 2014/15 im stuck with stupid formations with 3 AM’s, 2 CM’s instead of playing with wings or other formations.
This is a bug, because no player is better as AM if his position is LM/CM/RM.
Young players and scouting system is a total disaster… I’m honest, i love the fifa manager series, but scouting system is so stupid and not interesting at all.
