i think fifa 12 should be more enhanced with the manager mode….they should remove all the stupid new things that they added and try to enhance the things that everyone plays. in manager mode, we should be allowed to manage a national team in the world cup …you could see which players from your country are good enough to make it to that squad and organize it so that you can take your country to a world cup victory. also, show more communication during transfer requests. if a player rejects your offer, it doesnt let you reoffer them, you have to wait until the next season…thats just a few ideas the manager mode could work on.
Make FIFA MANAGER 12 available for the ps3, the manage mode on fifa 2010 and 2011 for ps3 is brutal. you would make a fortune from this

I would love to be a Player. The game Main Menu should feature a new option called “Player Manager”. That mode of game should be for those who just want to be a professional player. This mode should allow us to control a players life. i.e. Hire personal agents to bring new transfer offers from various clubs interested, choosing training effort and putting in extra training on a desired skill, choosing some of the traits to use during matches, involving in personal life.. going out with friends and meeting a new girlfriend(not just one, but many with different skills and likes, so that we can decide with whom to hang-out), getting married, having child play for a youth team of the players choice, receiving personal sponsorship deals, interviews, getting involved in captains duty, recommending manager to sign players, building relationship with players so that in the future we can transfer to a higher level club with that players influence, going on holidays, choosing with whom to go on holiday with, and finally becoming rich and owning properties, clubs etc.
Owning club should be different. It should give us an option to choose whether we want to be a manager as well as the owner simultaneously or to just own the club and to set objectives(options should be made available to choose which area to control and not to control) for AI mangers(or player two), hiring/firing managers, a special page where manager can be searched and transfered, detailed manager infos should be made available. i.e. manager career stats, manager work permit, managers style of playing, manager spends more on star players or not, manager salary demands,etc. Injecting personal funds(earned by being a player or a manager or by directly choosing some pre determined profession like oil tycoon, etc. for those who want to start the game as “Be a Owner”) to the club.
I think in FIFA MANAGER Series, Private life option is given less importance, hence it is making the game limited within few seasons, then players get the feeling of playing the same game again and again, i mean season one begins, winning fa community shield, participating in premier league matches, cup matches, etc. season ends, again seoson two starts,….. , ends, starts,…….ends,….. its kinda boring.. so private life makes it more interesting.

Hi i’m from the netherlands so forgive me if my English is not so good.
for career mode there should be a stadium that you can upgrade (like in 09)
and there should be a scouting system again (also 09)
the transfer system should be more clear (use some kind of schedule like in 05)
also i’d like to see more real faces in the game.
and give the referees real names.
there should be more leages like:
eerste divisie (dutch second leage)
a greece leage (i don’t know the real name)
croatien leage (i don’t know the real name either)
oekrain leage (i don’t know the name of this leage)
and the star of teams should be 10 instead of 5 for more difference.
players that you loan to another club should be improving if they play.
and more offers for players that are not on the transer-list.

More Realistic Transfers;
(1) Be able to offer a player to a team.
(2) Be able to set a price tag for a player on your team.
(3) Add swap deals! ie Ibrahimovic for Eto’o (Summer 2010)
(4) Get more offers for player that are not for sale, this happens in real life!
(5) Add a youth team.
make it that you can manage a country and that you play all the tournaments that country plays. Make a Fifa coca cola world ranking. Make it after each season or every other season you can design a new uniform for the new season. Make it that you call up player to play in your national team. That you can make you manager look how you want it to look. If your name is in the game, the commentary can say stuff about you, the manager. During a season you can say that you are looking at a player. That will show up in the press.

I think you guys need to fix the game completely before releasing it…..I’m leaning towards Football Manager more and more…..I mean why cant i play for my country….Only certain countries are available to play for…..And the 3D mode is just horrible…Why are my players running away from the ball and when i press the call for ball button my players don’t seem to want the ball…so i have to run the whole field to get the ball…I like the Fifa 11 graphics can you guys make the Fifa manager graphics a bit like that…There is so much that needs to be worked on to make Fifa manager 12 a complete games….Can the simulation move a bit faster….a quick simulation maybe…can we be friends with other managers not just our players….designing a stadium can be a drag also….create our own badge…there is not many options…the real teams badge makes the created ones look awful….the created jerseys look awful….I know its a rule but i would love to bring in non European players to play on a European team..even if they didn’t play for their country…

Add more countries. The same countries every year is getting old. Do I have to wait for Fifa World Cup 2014 to play with other countries? Mix it around please. You don’t have to add the club leagues to the countries but just add more countries to play with. Thank you.

Okay, the depth of FM series’ tactic system is NOT DEEP ENOUGH. It needs to have way more options and more variations. Thing about football managing is that little things make big differences. It is all about details. Football manager series right now have limited possibilities for users to explore and experiment, so the series have become very predictable and boring. So I would like to see FIFA manager deviate itself from that and implement things anew.

1) All the images of players and everyone else should be updated so poeple can see the image of the person.
2) You should be able to to play in the match like on fifa 11.
3) Also when the person signed for your team the person kit should change e.g. say you was Marseille and you signed Wiltord and Wiltord should wear Marseille kit.
4) you should be be able to choose what manger you want for your team e.g. Josep Guardiola to bishops stortford fc and some player can follow the manger to the new team.
5) Also you be able to create a player like on fifa 11 and create a manger.
6) Also play in the real stadium or create a stadium.
7) You should be able to create your team.

Should have better thinking goalies when it comes to the ball.
Celebrations should be better when winning a cup like having confeti and fireworks.
Fans are another part of Futbol so lets see them celebrate when it comes to scoring goals

Am a FM maniac. I would like to see FM adding the feature that we can edit player’s sleeves (long / short), boots color, gloves (during winter) even after started the game. Like we can edit our kit in the game. That is for visual satisfaction since all of the new players come with black boots (99%). People might say that why don’t you play fifa? (Coz I am FM maniac right?). Some more fifa also doesn’t has the feature that we can edit player’s after started the game right? Thanks…

The Career Mode on Fifa 11 is a little bit unreal I mean which club doesn´t have a youth academy? And which club doesn´t have a scout who looks at players around the world?

You should be able to create a manager and create a player. So u can be a manager but your create a pro is in the system as well so you can transfer him to your club or just have him be in the career playing for another.
Also creating your own club and bringing them up through the leagues would be an amazing addition. Creating and building up your club and stadium, football kit, etc. Such as the story starts as a foreign investor gives your club a certain amount of money and it begins by recruiting and tryout matches and so on until the league begins. This could revolutionize fifa by adding it to your own game and making your team. You could even have more create a pro’s because you’d still have to build them up anyway.

Adding more national leagues would make the game realistic and definitely get people from different countries to buy it. The national leagues I would like to see added mostly are:
1. Ukrainian
2. Romanian
3. Greek
4. Croatian
5. Serbian
6.Blue square league – which would make the F.A. cup a lot more realistic
7. Japanese
8. Argentina’s
These leagues should be included because a lot of them have had clubs play in the Champions league and Europa league so it doesn’t seem realistic to not have them on the game.
Also adding more national teams as a lot of the smaller national teams that have been in the Euros and World over the past few years have not been included in the game.National teams such as Ukraine, Japan, Serbia, Montenegro and many of the African countries such as Nigeria and Ghana who were one of the best teams at the world cup but still weren’t in the game.
I think that these changes would make me and many other people much more inclined to buy FIFA because it is appealing to a lot more people.

I think this things are need improvement :
1 – The player growth system is a real frustating way, you can add young players, play them, train them, but for 4 season, the player ratings seems unchanged!! Yes maybe it can improve for 1-2 points, but for 3 weeks later, it drops again, even at lower point
2 – When I wanted to sell a player, even my best player, no one wanted to buy him! Even my player is the top scorer, best player, etc. Do they don’t need good player?!?! Offer player is bad too, and the agent things is even worst, he want 5% of payment, but can’t even find the club that just I offered!
3 – you need to be creative for the kit customization, yes I found that one of sponsor offer naming on the kit, but I found it’s very very hard to find “Sports Apparel” sponsor! I imagine we can change the kit and sponsoring naming, if did, it’s one of the coolest thing ever had in FIFA manager series, so you can’t be bored watching your team wear a plain kit
4 – I’m easily win at 3D mode, but why in Instant & video mode I find we often lose to a tiny club? Frustating
5 – 70% of FIFA Manager 11 goal begin from crossing! And 90% my team goal happen because header, so my player have the iron head doesn’t it?
6 – The AI makes me laugh, even the goal is empty, my player still have the ball/pass the ball/make a weird turn/or he pass it backs!
7 – The financial is a REAL JOKE!!! I meant the board give you a lot of money, but it even can’t afford the salaries of the beginning team! So the board want to get rid of me don’t you? Then I found even I can afford the salary cap, but my income seems lower than my expenditure, and it happen everyday, every financial sector. But the worst thing is, I found my money seems get more and more empty for every week, so I must have a loan again, again, again and again.. -__-

For FIFA MANAGER 12, please improve the loaning out system, so the players actually improve at least a little bit.
Also, please fix the transfer bug that many players, especially young players just keep joining different teams on 1 year contracts and then just keep worsening,
And please make it that many of the club legends dont randomly leave their club after being at the club for so long.
And please fix the minimum release clause thing cuz it always makes me lose top players.
Additionally, make it so that you can trade multiple players for 1 player, and that the clubs have enough cash in the beginning because even the top clubs r poor in their first season.

Ability to send GK to offense in the last minute if your team has a corner kick.
More dribbling. Fifa 98 is still the game that offered the most dribbling options.
Ability for a skilled player to dribble the GK.
Never see this on FM – player does the crossing, the ST uses his chest to keep the ball, and the knee or the top of the foot to control the ball, and the shoot, or a dribble or two before the kick. What happens is after the crossing, the ST uses the chest, and ball falls on the ground.
More realistic movements as seen in the non-managerial FIFA series
Stop with the near-neanderthal faces for African and Latin players.
More control over national teams, more international competitions for national teams from South America and Asia and Africa.
Gain option to coach Under 21 national teams. Play in U21 competitions like the World Cup.
Access to play World Cup qualifiers for African, Concacaf, Asian and Oceanian national teams.
More realistic youth player growth.

Different behavior in the audience depending on the team (eg. hooligans, throwing bottles on referee, throwing confettis, flags, fireworks, fire torches,smoke torches, clapping, boredom, sadness, happiness). Ability to change the fans’s behavior for each team. A fan for Argentina will be more likely to light up fire torches, a fan from England will be sit down clapping, a fan from US will likely be drinking in 6 lts bottles and eating hotdog, a fan from Brazil will be waving flags, and so on. The player will have the option to change in the likelihood of fan’s characters in the game’s database.
