PlayStation 4

From PlayStation Store
- On your PS console main menu, go to the “PlayStation Store”.
- On the left side menu, select the “Redeem Codes” option.

- Once the code is verified, you will see the confirmation message, then press “OK”.
- To download the game, go back and select the “Library” option (either from the Store menu or on your PS main menu).

- Launch the PS App on your phone/tablet.

- Select the “Redeem Codes” option.
- There app will show you how you can scan your code using your phone’s camera.
- Tap on “Continue”. You can now either scan your code using your phone’s camera or tap “Enter a Code Manually” in case you need type in your code.

Xbox One
Your FIFA 20 XB1 download code is usually a 25 digit code separated into a 5 batch of codes, something that looks like this 3FKRS-8931J-FIF20-PE578-EASP5. To redeem your code you can do it using one of these methods:
From Microsoft Store
- Go to the Store.
- Go to the “Games” and choose “Redeem code”.
- If you have a QR code, scan it using your Kinect sensor, or
- Just select to enter your code manually, the select “Confirm”.

From Microsoft Store Website
- Go to the Microsoft Store Xbox One website at https://www.xbox.com/en-US/microsoft-store
- Sign in to your account using your credential.

Using the Xbox App
- Launch the Xbox App on your mobile device.

I had the same problem, what I did was closing the game and then reopening it from the library.
I have redeemed x2 FUT gold pack voucher codes via origin
When I put the codes in it accepts and comes up on screen as redeemed click OK! Etc, but when I launch fifa 20 UT they are no where to be seen? Its been two days? When I re type codes it’s says they have been redeemed?
